Schenck SC has promoted several of its Milwaukee employees. The firm has promoted Jill Boyle to manager in the government and not-for-profit services department and Brian DelVecchio, Tony D’Alessio and Samuel Larson to senior accountants.
Vrakas/Blum S.C., located in Brookfield, has hired Madusha Mirissage as a senior accountant in the audit department. In her new position, Mirissage will consult clients and will handle audit, review and compilation engagements.
Architecture
Zimmerman Architectural Studios Inc., of Milwaukee, has promoted Damian Keckeisen and Carmen Martinez, both project managers, to associates. Keckeisen has been with the firm since 2003 and has served as project manager on corporate office and industrial studio projects. He has also worked on multi-family housing projects, is well-versed in computer-assisted project design and delivery, and is a Building Information Modeling Specialist. Martinez has been with Zimmerman since 2006 and has largely focused her career on health care projects. She has also contributed to projects in the firm’s science and technology studio and recreation studios. Martinez is a Building Information Modeling Specialist as well.
Milwaukee-based Plunkett Raysich Architects LLP has named Pepi Randolph senior vice president of business development and has added Eric Wagers as marketing coordinator. The two new hires are part of the firm’s client relations department restructuring. Randolph previously served as chief executive officer of Potawatomi Business Development Corp. Wagers graduated from University of Wisconsin-Madison’s School of Journalism & Mass Communication in 2013. Plunkett Raysich has also promoted Simmi Urbanek to director of marketing. Urbanek has been with the firm since 2004. In her elevated role, she will manage the client relations department and will also focus on expanding the firm’s client base.

Waukesha State Bank has promoted Amanda Seifert to senior mortgage consultant. Seifert has more than 11 years of mortgage lending experience. She is particularly well-versed in government and branch-based lending. In her elevated role, Seifert will serve as the liaison for the mortgage department on brokered government loans. She will also focus on mortgage origination, primarily serving the Muskego and New Berlin offices.
Food & Beverage
Menomonee Falls-based Alto-Shaam Inc. has transitioned Todd Griffith into vice president of sales. The company also recently added Jeff Mote as vice president of national accounts-retail and promoted Kellee Johnston to director of marketing. Griffith will manage the company’s culinary resources team and will also continue to contribute to corporate strategic planning with an emphasis on sales execution and business development in the eastern United States. Mote will focus on developing company sales strategy and promoting business development and growth in the retail supermarket and convenience store spaces. Johnston will guide the company’s marketing and brand positioning strategies.
Health Care
Cultivate by Standard Process, of Palmyra, has named Erin Tauscher wellness program leader. Tauscher previously worked as an occupational therapist and is also a certified yoga teacher with an adaptive yoga specialty certification. She will lead the creation and implementation of on-site wellness programming for organizations with 100 to 1,000 employees. She will also function as a liaison between clients and the company’s executives.
Froedtert Health’s board of directors has added Dirk Debbink, chairman and chief executive officer of MSI General in Oconomowoc. Debbink has been with MSI General since 1983 and became chairman and CEO in 2012. He has served boards for private organizations as well as for nonprofits and government entities.
Patient Care, headquartered in Milwaukee, has appointed Kelli Hemstock regional sales manager. Hemstock is skilled in public speaking, sales, insurance and leadership training. She previously was regional sales director for a Texas-based benefit group.
Insurance
Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corp., headquartered in Milwaukee, recently promoted Jay Hughes to senior vice president, sales and business development; Sal Miosi to senior vice president, business strategies and field operations; and Margaret Crowley to vice president, marketing and customer experience. The promotions will take effect on March 2. The company has also named Bob Candelmo chief technology officer. In this role, Candelmo will guide MGIC’s technology strategies. He will also head execution for infrastructure platforms, data, and architecture practice.
Diversified Insurance Solutions, of Brookfield, added Haley Argeroudis as an employee specialist, employee benefits. Prior to joining Diversified Insurance Solutions, Argeroudis served as a staffing consultant at Randstad Staffing in Wauwatosa.
Legal Services
Milwaukee-based Michael Best & Friedrich LLP has added Marie Bahoora and Y. Douglas Yang as attorneys. Bahoora has joined the firm’s Litigation Practice Group and will handle commercial litigation. She earned her law degree from UW-Madison in 2013 and served as an intern for Justice Ann Walsh Bradley in the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Yang is part of the firm’s Employment Relations Practice Group and will concentrate on employment litigation along with employee benefits compliance and litigation. Yang previously worked for Draper Laboratory in Cambridge, Mass., as an extern in the general counsel’s Office. He completed his law degree at Boston University School of Law in 2014.

Butler-based Western States Envelope & Labels has promoted Greg Retzer to vice president, sales and marketing. In his new role, Retzer will head sales and marketing at all five of the company’s locations. He has been with the company since 1985 and has worked as a sales representative, regional sales manager, label products sales manager and national sales manager.
Innovative Signs Inc., of Waukesha, has added Brian Tock to its design department. Tock will create sign designs, concepts and layouts.

Hanson Dodge Creative, based in Milwaukee, has appointed Ponara Eng vice president of digital commerce. Eng comes to the agency from Hiebing in Madison, where he served as digital director. He is experienced in connecting marketing, e-commerce, mobile and social technologies with broader business strategies and goals. At Hanson Dodge Creative, he will manage the execution of e-commerce solutions and will guide strategies to promote client revenue growth.
Milwaukee-based Boelter + Lincoln Marketing Communications has hired Grant Galley as assistant account executive. Prior to joining Boelter + Lincoln, Galley was an account representative for IEWC. He specializes in marketing.
Nonprofit
Life Navigators, of Wauwatosa, has hired Elisabeth Hobday as a registered nurse. Hobday will work in the nonprofit’s Care Management Unit.
The Milwaukee Art Museum has appointed Monica Obniski the Demmer Curator of 20th and 21st Century Design. Obniski will officially join the museum in January. She comes to the museum from the Art Institute of Chicago, where she has been the Ann S. and Samuel M. Mencoff Assistant Curator of American Decorative Arts since 2011. Prior to that role, she was a research associate and exhibition coordinator at the Art Institute. She has also worked for the Metropolitan Museum of Art and taught at universities including Columbia College, University of Illinois at Chicago, and Parsons The New School for Design. In Milwaukee, Obniski will oversee collections of modern design and will guide installation of collections in the renovated galleries, which are slated to open late next year.

In this role, Holman will lead projects, assist with software development and support each client’s IT infrastructure so they can achieve their business goals. Holman will also serve as a mentor to both colleagues and client team members. The company also recently hired Erik Stevens as a consultant. In his new position, Stevens will focus on developing software solutions for clients to meet their business needs.
