Her commitment and dedication not only help link Tri City to the community, but also help further the missions of these organizations.

Groth has served as a volunteer for the Racine Literacy Council and Koos for Kids and has worked in leadership positions for the Corporate Volunteer Council of Racine, The WBA Financial Literacy Advisory Board, Lutheran High Ladies Guild, and on the board for Racine Lutheran High School, among others.
