Becker has nearly ten years of banking experience with over five of those years focused on commercial lending. Kwaterski brings 28 years of mergers and acquisitions experience with him to Cornerstone. He has participated in buy- and sell-side transactions, providing deal structuring and integrated tax strategies while serving as the primary advisor for mid- to large-size companies and family-owned businesses.
