What are you working on? "We are currently finishing a new student housing project four blocks from UW-Milwaukee at 1824 E. Park Place. The Park has 173 beds, 51 units, underground parking, study rooms on every floor, common area on the main floor with TV & pool tables, a fitness center and laundry facility. We also recently completed in 106 days, a 150,000-square-foot distribution center for JohnsonDiversey. We also have several new projects in the planning stage."
How does the market look to you? "The market currently is chock full of opportunities but challenging and testing our skills at the same time."
What was the best deal you’ve ever been involved in? "875 E. Wisconsin, Milwaukee."
What was the funniest moment of your career? "The funniest moment was watching a very talented singer (one of our co-workers) sing Happy Birthday to a business associate in the ‘Marilyn Monroe’ style. It was a surprise, in front of 35 people on the Edelweiss during an investor appreciation event."
