43 acres in Walworth County donated to Mayo Clinic

Rochester, Minn.-based Mayo Clinic recently received a donation of 43.2 acres of farmland at U.S. Highway 12 and state Highway 67 in Elkhorn, according to state records.

The land was donated by Zephyrhills, Fla.-based 92131 LLC. The property is worth $1.19 million. The agent for the donor is Gordon Stade of Huntley, Ill.-based Gordon Stade Auctions.

“This land was a gift from a grateful benefactor that we are able to sell and use the benefits to support Mayo Clinic’s mission,” said Mayo Clinic spokesman Bryan Anderson.
