Arise Health Plan, a wholly owned subsidiary of WPS Health Insurance selling insurance on the health care marketplace, today announced that United Hospital System joined the Arise provider network, effective April 1.
United Hospital System has two hospital campuses and more than 60 physicians and mid-level providers in Kenosha County. United’s Medical Group consists of primary-care physicians and a variety of specialists available through multiple clinic locations.
United Hospital System has served southeastern Wisconsin and northern Illinois for more than 100 years. It provides services through the following locations:
• Kenosha Medical Center Campus, 6308 8th Ave., Kenosha, Wis.
• St. Catherine’s Medical Center Campus, 9555 76th St., Pleasant Prairie, Wis.
• Paddock Lake Clinic – 7322 236th Ave., Paddock Lake, Wis.
• Gurnee Clinic – 1790 Nations Drive, Suite #220, Gurnee, Ill.
• Northside Clinic – 3601 30th Avenue, Suite #205, Kenosha, Wis.
• Northcentral Clinic – 6127 Green Bay Road, Suite #200, Kenosha, Wis.
The Arise website, www.wecareforwisconsin.com, has been updated to reflect this addition in the “Find a Doctor” provider directory.
United Hospital System already is part of the provider network for WPS Health Insurance.
