What has fueled your company’s growth? “Continuously investing in the company. We recently became ISO 13485 certified, which is the standard for medical device manufactures and quality management. This was a major commitment and accomplishment for our company. Aside from that, we constantly challenge ourselves and the status quo – how can we be better, leaner, smarter.”
What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth? “As it’s been in the last few years, finding talent that can not only do the job, but that shares the same vision and passion.”
Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months? “We’re in the process of evaluating what products True Process can bring to the market to make health care and medical devices more connected.”
Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? And what traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them? “We admire the business people out there who build and motivate teams to do great things. This country is comprised of people who do that every day in big ways and in small ways, and each is important and admirable.”
What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months? “As long as you focus and are able to respond quickly to the market, you reduce the risk that overall business conditions will have on us. Over the next several months, I would say the health care IT market is stable, if not growing.”
What is your company’s key strategy for rising out of the recession? “Again, constantly looking at our model, or people and our customers. If you can’t ask yourself the hard questions on a daily basis you are not going to be ready when the difficult circumstances are looking you in the face. We’ve been able to make changes when necessary, no matter how difficult, and that has been a key factor in True Process continuing to grow.”
