The Foss Group moves HQ to Milwaukee, adding more locations

Milwaukee-based The Foss Group LLC recently moved its corporate headquarters from Wauwatosa to Milwaukee, opened two other area offices and plans to open dozens of additional locations across the country. The company recently moved its corporate headquarters from Wauwatosa to a 1,062-square-foot space at 10850 W. Park Place, Suite 560, Milwaukee. That office houses the company’s president and founder, Tony Foss, and vice president of acquisitions and mergers, Michael Maida.

The company also recently opened a branch in  1,211 square feet of space at 280 Regency Court, Brookfield, and a 2,100-square-foot branch at 1600 Miller Parkway, West Milwaukee. The Foss Group still has an office in Wauwatosa and has additional offices in Tampa, Fla., Minnesota and Kenosha.
The company provides services for consumers in the housing market, including mortgage banking, mortgage origination, title and closing services and home improvement services.

Despite the slowdown in the residential real estate market, The Foss Group executives say their company is poised for "explosive growth" and is executing a growth plan by offering a diverse set of services. The company’s strategic plan for growth includes organic growth combined with mergers and acquisitions. The company plans to add an additional 65 branches throughout the United States.

"We anticipated both the slowing in the housing market and the crash of the sub-prime market," Foss said. "In preparation, we have spent a great deal of time and money building a strong foundation and the correct team to weather the storm. We have truly insulated our margins from the current downward market through diversification. Quite frankly, we have solutions to the problem many offices are going through. By joining forces, we can help others to learn what we know and share in growth together."
