WHAT HAS FUELED YOUR COMPANY’S GROWTH? We have carved a niche for ourselves in SAP technical application managed services. We "dial-out" and run our client’s SAP software systems as a higher quality and cost-effective alternative to internal staffing (outsourcing).
WHAT IS THE BIGGEST OBSTACLE TO YOUR COMPANY’S GROWTH? Marketing nationally, name recognition and finding clients at their time of need.
DO YOU PLAN ANY CHANGES IN YOUR COMPANY IN THE UPCOMING MONTHS? We are launching a major initiative, "Sym-Hosting," which offers computer hosting services in addition to our SAP application administration managed services. We anticipate continuing to sustain at least 25-percent growth over the next two years, resulting in the addition of 25 to 30 new-high tech jobs in Milwaukee.
WHO ARE THE BUSINESS PEOPLE, LOCALLY OR NATIONALLY, WHOM YOU ADMIRE? AND WHAT TRAITS DO THOSE PEOPLE EXHIBIT THAT MAKE YOU ADMIRE THEM? Punt.
WHAT IS THE OUTLOOK FOR THE BUSINESS CONDITIONS OF YOUR INDUSTRY OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL MONTHS? We feel the information technology sector gave all the blood it could in the 2002 recession. We forecast our industry will maintain or grow over the next 24 months. Corporations have too many strategic initiatives (globalization, acquisitions and divestitures) requiring IT support to cut any more in IT. Too many internal IT organizations are too short staffed.
Congratulations from these strategic parnters:
