Sports complex planned for north side Milwaukee building

Adigun Hayes plans to open an indoor sports complex in a 116,000-square-foot warehouse building at 301 E. Vienna Ave. in the Riverworks area on Milwaukee’s north side.
Called Courthouse Sports Complex, it would specialize in organized sporting events, consulting, showcasing and comprehensive sports training programs for all ages, according to information submitted to the city’s Board of Zoning Appeals.
Sports and activities that would be hosted by Courthouse Sports Complex would include basketball, tennis, soccer, football, volleyball, health fitness and sports education programs.
The plans also include coaches offices, bathrooms and locker rooms.
Courthouse Sports Complex would have 15 full time and 40 part time employees, according to information submitted to the city.
Hayes could not be reached for comment.
The building was at one time occupied by Production Stamping Corp.
