Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months? We are looking at other profit centers and geographic markets. We are part of the family of Schroeder business. We have five companies throughout Wisconsin. We are working with our staff of 24 sales people to cross sell all of our products and services.
Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? And what traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them? There are many around this great town. All my competition, who like us battle it out everyday. Any business person who takes on the ownership and leadership of a company. There are many challenges everyday, but when you see success in people being more than they thought they could be it’s all worth the risk. Also the families of these people.
