Davians Foodservice and Management will manage the Schlitz Park Café, located in the RiverCenter building of the Schlitz Park office complex, located just north of downtown Milwaukee.
The café will replace the RiverCenter’s previous dining location. However, Schlitz Park’s coffee shop provider, Coffee With A Conscience, will remain.
The café will open in May in a re-designed space in the RiverCenter’s atrium and will serve breakfast, lunch, snack items and desserts. The menu will include sandwiches, wraps, pizzas and soups.
The new café is part of a $32 million improvement project in progress at Schlitz Park.
"Our new café will bring tenants a wholesome, healthy menu of foods freshly made to order, ready to grab and go, or catered at their office or meeting,” said Gary Grunau, Schlitz Park co-owner and developer. “The Schlitz Park Café, along with Coffee With A Conscience and our popular warm-weather Take Out Tuesday’s program, takes our dining and beverage amenities to a new level. Our tenants will appreciate that a favorable on-site dining experience leads to improved workplace productivity and an increasingly positive perception of their work environment."
