Judson & Associates
- Dennis Erovick, d.b.a. XLR8 Inc., purchased the 4,240-square-foot former DMV emissions testing station at 7240 Sycamore Lane, Cedarburg, from Envirotest Systems Corp. for $310,000. Erovick will move his business, Car Maid Service, to the building from a 2,180-square-foot space the business leaded for more than 20 years at 640 Washington, Cedarburg. Envirotest owns several DMV testing facilities, and the DMV plans to close several of those facilities, making the properties available.
