Chicago-based HSA Commercial announced that Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH, Old Navy, and Carter’s have signed leases to be tenants in HSA’s Mayfair Collection development in Wauwatosa.
The first phase of the Mayfair Collection development, located northeast of U.S. Highway 45 and Burleigh Street, is a 270,000-square-foot shopping center. Construction began in April.
Previously announced tenants for Mayfair Collection include Nordstrom Rack, Dick’s Sporting Goods and Ulta Beauty.
