The Brookfield office of Minneapolis-based M. A. Mortenson, recently hired Don Schliepp as a superintendent and promoted Mark Stanhope to senior safety engineer.

Hartland-based PDC Midwest, recently hired Mike Keller as a construction manager and Keith Strege and Michael Azcueta as architects.

Pewaukee-based VJS Construction Services, recently hired Natalie Grehn as an estimating coordinator and Shannon Wachowiacz as a subcontractor payable draw specialist.

David Jones of Pewaukee-based Jens Construction, will serve as president of the Associated General Contractors of Greater Milwaukee (AGC-GM). Craig Jorgenson of VJS Construction Services will serve as senior vice president and Tim Just of Milwaukee-based C.G. Schmidt will serve as secretary treasurer.

The Waukesha office of Birmingham, Ala.-based Collateral Real Estate Capital, recently promoted Ryan Marks to assistant vice president.

Thomas Treder was recently hired by Milwaukee-based Commercial Property Associates, as a retail broker. Prior to joining Commercial Property Associates, Treder served as vice president of NAI MLG Commercial, Brookfield.
