Three executives become minority shareholders of Riley Construction

, Pete Sinsky and Mark Presterl have become minority shareholders of Kenosha-based Riley Construction Company. They are the first non-family shareholders in the companyโ€™s 45-year history.

Prince is the companyโ€™s vice president of operations. Sinsky is the companyโ€™s chief financial officer. Presterl is a vice president and senior project manager for the company.
