Simon hires new GM for Southridge
Indianapolis-based Simon Property Group Inc. recently named Patrick Basche the new general manager of Southridge Mall in Greendale.
As general manager, Basche will manage all day-to-day operations, maintenance and tenant relations. Additionally, he will be responsible for the security and marketing of the center.
“Patrick has been a great resource to Simon in previous roles,” said Rebecca Scoggins, Simon Property Group regional vice president, Central. "We’re excited to bring his professionalism, dedication and experience to Southridge.”
Previously Basche worked for Simon as the general manager of Lafayette Square Mall in Indianapolis, Ind. and Hutchinson Mall in Hutchinson, Kan. Most recently, Basche worked as general manager of Bay Park Square Mall in Ashwaubenon, near Green Bay, where he managed the mall’s 2003 expansion, renovation and re-grand opening.
Simon Property Group is planning a massive renovation of Southridge, which is expected to include several new tenants.
