The Carol and Robert Smart Trust have submitted a petition to the city of Waukesha to annex 96 acres northeast of Highway 164 and Big Bend Road from the Town of Waukesha. The property owner is preparing development plans for the site that could be submitted “in the next year or so,” said Jennifer Andrews, city planner for the City of Waukesha The development is expected to include some commercial development, she said.

Orange Cross Ambulance plans to tear down its facility at 1919 Ashland Ave., Sheboygan, and build a new, 11,000-square-foot facility in its place.

A Kwik Trip gas station and convenience store is planned for the southeast corner of Capitol Drive and Dynex Drive in the village of Pewaukee.

Irish Photo Studio, located at 1526 S. 12th St. in Sheboygan, plans to convert a 3,900-square-foot second floor storage space into office space, which it plans to lease out to other tenants.

Spectrum Aluminum Finishing plans to build a 3,200-square-foot storage building on its property at S80 W18753 Apollo Dr., Muskego.
