DDN/Obergfel to move HQ to Menomonee Falls
DDN/Obergfel LLC, a subsidiary of Germantown-based The F. Dohmen Co., plans to move its corporate headquarters in June form Germantown to the Woodland Prime office park in Menomonee Falls. DDN/Obergfel, a pharmaceutical logistics company, currently occupies about 9,000 square feet of space at N114 W18850 Clinton Dr., Germantown. The company has grown to about 55 employees and needs more space, said senior executive assistant Julie Pyne. "We’ve run out of room in the facility we are at today," she said. The company will occupy 15,764 square feet of office space at 800 Woodland Prime in Menomonee Falls.

The company plans to move there in June, Pyne said. Dan Jessup of Grubb & Ellis|Apex Commercial represented DDN/Obergfel and RFP Commercial Inc. represented the building owner, 800 Woodland Prime LLC, in brokering the lease.
