New England Financial leased 10,087 square feet of office space in Bishop’s Woods at 13555 Bishop’s Ct., Brookfield, from Decade Properties. New England will move five miles east from its current location at 20855 Watertown Road, Waukesha. Robert Conklin Jr. of Conklin Real Estate Services LLC represented New England Financial in brokering the deal and Jenny Jansen of RFP Commercial represented Decade Properties. New England Financial will occupy suite 200, which was formerly occupied by Bader Rutter & Associates.
