Brady Street lot sold.
SRG Investments LLC (Glorioso Bros. Specialty Foods) purchased 0.07 acres of land at 922-24 E. Brady St., Milwaukee, from John Ferrante, the owner of Ferrante Construction. The property was used as a storage site for Ferrante and Glorioso Bros. will use it as a parking lot for its customers. The sale price was $170,000 for the vacant lot. Ryan Persitza of NAI MLG Commercial represented both parties in the transaction.
