124th Street Holdings LLC recently purchased the 41,058-square-foot office building at 3505-25 N. 124th St., Brookfield, from AWC Holdings for $2.32 million. Inland Companies brokers Bob Dufek and Steve Pape brokered the sale. 124th Street Holdings is an investment group that includes Eppsetin Uhen architect Brett West. Briggs & Stratton Corp. recently signed a 27,000-square-foot office lease in the building. Other tenants in the building include Cyganiak Planning Inc. and Lutheran Association of Missionaries and Pilots. "It’s basically all leased," Dufek said.
