Kolb+Co., Brookfield, named Cheryl Carter and Karen Doerner shareholders in the firm. Carter has more than 20 years of experience in tax consulting for the public and private sectors. Doerner has more than 20 years of accounting experience.

The Milwaukee office of Wipfli, Wausau, hired Dennis Irwin as an internal audit manager and Rick Taylor as director of the tax division. Irwin has 14 years of experience in accounting. Prior to joining Wipfli, Irwin served as a control analyst for Mercury Marine, Fond du Lac. Taylor has 25 years of tax experience and will also serve as a partner in the firm.

Nancy Christopher-Wilkes joined Platypus Advertising + Design, Pewaukee, as senior publicist. Wilkes has about 30 years of experience in public relations, television news and feature writing, reporting and video production. Prior to joining Platypus, Wilkes served as an independent public relations consultant.

100 Monkeys, Wauwatosa, promoted Erin Nevicosi from account coordinator to assistant account executive; Vicky Shokatz from senior account executive to account supervisor; Maggie Baum from account supervisor to vice president; and hired Rebecca Hebbring as an account coordinator. Waukesha State Bank, Waukesha, promoted Ann Pascavis to chief financial officer. Pascavis joined Waukesha State Bank in 2002 and most recently served as vice president. Pascavis has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry.

William Kadrich joined Marine Bank, Wauwatosa, as senior vice president and commercial lender for the bank’s Mayfair office. Kadrich has more than 10 years of experience in commercial lending. Prior to joining Marine Bank, Kadrich served as an assistant to the president and director of commercial lending for Irwin Union Bank, Milwaukee.

Ridgestone Bank, Brookfield, hired Eric Manke as first vice president and USDA specialist; Nicole Fuerst and Amy Rydeski as assistant vice presidents and portfolio managers of commercial lending; and Kean Kasper and Scott

Krajcir as vice presidents of commercial lending and new business development. Krajcir rejoined Ridgestone after leaving the company earlier in 2006.

Wauwatosa Savings Bank, Wauwatosa, promoted Richard Larson, chief financial officer; and William Bruss, general counsel, to senior vice president positions of Wauwatosa Savings Bank and Wauwatosa Holdings; Brian DeLorenzo, senior lender in commercial real estate, to assistant vice president; and Megan Liebmann to director of marketing and assistant vice president. Larson, Bruss and DeLorenzo will continue to serve in their current positions in addition to taking on new roles. Liebmann most recently served as marketing manager.

USA Funding, Brookfield, promoted Jeff Dickrell to senior vice president of sales and hired Elisa Ruer as corporate counsel. Dickrell has been with USA Funding for seven years and most recently served as an account executive. Prior to joining USA Funding, Ruer served as general counsel for Evergreen Title, Brookfield.

Building & Construction

J.P. Cullen & Sons, Janesville, promoted Jeff Benson to warranty coordinator in the company’s Brookfield office. Benson most recently served as superintendent.

Scott Cline, of J&B Construction, Milwaukee, will serve as president of the Milwaukee Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). Michael Heuser of Kelmann, Wauwatosa; Thomas Weiher of Carmel Builders, Menomonee Falls, and Diane Ausavich of Krueger Construction, Milwaukee, will serve as vice presidents. Tony Rink of Renovators, Brookfield, will serve as secretary, and Kevin Anundson of The OAR Group, Muskego, will serve as treasurer.

MSI General, Oconomowoc, hired Amy McNally as an architectural intern in the design department and Rebecca Sadler as a receptionist in the administrative office. MSI promoted Kelly Frank to administrative manager. Prior to joining MSI, Sadler served as an associate for McCormack + Etten/Architects, Lake Geneva. She holds a master’s degree in architecture from the University of Colorado at Denver.

Commercial Furnishing

Vijay Swearingen joined Schroeder Solutions, New Berlin, as an account manager. Swearingen holds a bachelor’s degree in radio, television and film from UW-Oshkosh.

Education

MIAD promoted La Vang to director of development and hired Brenda Hughes as grant development manager and Carol Davis as donor and alumni relations coordinator. Vang has been with MIAD for one year and most recently served as manager of annual giving. Hughes has 18 years of experience in non-profit fundraising and previously worked for Skylight Opera Theatre, Milwaukee and the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra. Prior to joining MIAD, Davis served as associate campaign director for the United Performing Arts Fund, Milwaukee.

Health Care

Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, Wauwatosa, hired Dr. Michael Ernst Mitchell, a pediatric urologist, as professor of urology and as a member of the Children’s Specialty Group and promoted Dr. John Routes to medical director of the Allergy and Immunology Program. Mitchell most recently served as chief of pediatric urology at Children’s Hospital and Regional Medical Center, Seattle, and professor of urology at the University of Washington. Routes serves as a professor and chief of pediatrics in allergy and immunology at the Medical College of Wisconsin, Wauwatosa, and as a member of Children’s Specialty Group.

Dr. Andrew Beykovsky, Dr. Rayasam Nagarjun Rao, Dr. Ru-Jeng Teng and Dr. Tzong-Jin Wu joined the medical staff of Community Memorial Hospital, Menomonee Falls. Beykovsky specializes in neurosurgery and practices from Neurologic Associates of Waukesha, Waukesha. Rao specializes in pathology and practices from the Medical College of Wisconsin, Wauwatosa. Teng and Wu specialize in neonatology and practice from Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, Wauwatosa.

Dr. Lynette Boshoff joined Kindo Integrated Health Center, Elm Grove, to offer chiropractic services. Boshoff also practices from Healthrite Chiropractic Clinic, Wauwatosa. She holds a degree from Cleveland Chiropractic College.

Dr. Elpidio Abanilla Mariano joined Rogers Memorial Hospital, Oconomowoc, as a full-time psychiatrist. Mariano treats adults and is available to treat adolescents. He holds a medical degree from the University of Iowa College of Medicine.

LutheranLiving Services, Wauwatosa, promoted Heidi Mayer to director of resource development. Mayer has been with LutheranLiving Services for four years and most recently served as vice president of employee services. Mayer has more than 15 years of experience in the human resources and health care industries.

Medical College of Wisconsin, Wauwatosa, hired Katherine Kassulke as director of human resources and organizational development and Dr. Becky Massey as assistant professor of otolaryngology and communication sciences in the division of head and neck oncology. Kassulke has 17 years of human resources experience in the health care industry. In addition to her associate professor position, Massey joined the medical staffs of Froedtert Hospital, Wauwatosa, and Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, Wauwatosa.

Norbert Kurth joined MJ Care, Milwaukee, as corporate controller. Kurth has more than 25 years of experience in financial operations. Prior to joining MJ Care, Kurth served as the controller for The Chocolate House, Milwaukee, for about 20 years.

Insurance

Matt Tubbin joined R&R Insurance Services, Waukesha, as a benefit specialist. Tubbin has more than 13 years of experience in the insurance industry and most recently served as an account executive for United Healthcare, Hartford, Conn.

Fitzgerald, Clayton, James & Kasten, Mequon, hired Carol Willick as a producer in the commercial lines department and Laurie Buscher as an account manager in the employee benefits department. Willick has more than 17 years of experience in the insurance industry. Buscher has more than 15 years of experience in the insurance industry.

Hays Companies of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, hired Cathy Hutson and Dianne Wandel as account representatives. Hutson will focus on surety business in the property/casualty division. Wandel will provide customer service for the property/casualty division.
