Michael Friedman joined Scribner Cohen and Co., Milwaukee, as a partner in the tax department. Friedman has 30 years of tax experience. Most recently, Friedman served as a senior tax partner and director of tax for the Milwaukee office of Ernst & Young, New York.

Scheibel Halaska, Milwaukee, hired Crystal Szabo and Matt Feeney as account coordinators. Szabo holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations from Marquette University. Feeney holds a bachelor’s degree in communication studies with a minor in advertising from Marquette University.
Jonathan Rydz joined High Velocity Communications (HVC), Waukesha, as editor of custom publications. Prior to joining HVC, Rydz owned Creative Publishing Services, Milwaukee.

Bonita "Bunny" Jordan joined Park Bank, Milwaukee, as senior private banker in the Brookfield office. Jordan has 25 years of experience in banking and most recently served as senior private banker with JP Morgan Chase, New York.
The Milwaukee office of U.S. Bank, Minneapolis, promoted Lisa Glover to director of community development and fair lending and hired Dave Isaacson as regional manager for its private asset management team. Glover joined U.S. Bank in 1986 and most recently served as interim director of community development. Isaacson has 14 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Joe Pieper joined Waukesha State Bank, Waukesha, as vice president and commercial banking officer. Pieper most recently served as vice president and director of business and commercial banking marketing for Associated Bank, Green Bay.
Joanne Blaesing joined Marine Bank, Pewaukee, as senior vice president of private banking and small business manager. Blaesing previously worked for Banc One, Chicago for 20 years and served as managing director.
Landmark Credit Union, Waukesha, promoted David Powers to senior vice president of finance. Powers joined Landmark in 1999 and again in 2002 after living in Ireland for two years. He most recently served as vice president of finance.
Ziegler Investment Services Group, Milwaukee, hired Amy Carlson as public relations and marketing manager and Angie Roseneck as customer service and operations manager, both in the ReAct! Group. Carlson previously worked for Johnson Controls, Glendale. Roseneck previously worked for Strong Investments, Menomonee Falls.
Joseph Simons joined Kowal Investment Group, Elm Grove, as a financial advisor. Simons has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance and investment industries and most recently served as a financial representative for Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, Milwaukee.

The Brookfield office of M. A. Mortenson, Minneapolis, hired David Hackett as superintendent and Justin Blubaugh as field engineer. Hackett has more than 26 years of experience in the construction industry. Blubaugh holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Northern Michigan University.

Ross Zoellick joined Account Recovery Service, Milwaukee, as the director of recovery. Zoellick has more than 18 years of experience in the credit and collection industry.

National Survey & Engineering, Brookfield, promoted Michael Pasche to group manager and Robert Harley to senior project manager. Pasche has 16 years of civil engineering experience. Harley has 17 years of civil engineering and land development design experience. Both Pasche and Harley most recently served as project managers.
Ayres Associates, Eau Claire, promoted Fred Klingbeil to manager of the Waukesha office. Klingbeil joined Ayres in 1976 and currently serves as vice president of engineering services. He will continue to supervise the engineering service operations in the Waukesha and Madison offices.

Community Memorial Hospital, Menomonee Falls, hired Dr. Joseph Bretza, who specializes in rheumatology and practices from Advanced Healthcare, Milwaukee; Dr. James Keating, who specializes in pathology and practices from the Medical College of Wisconsin, Wauwatosa; Dr. Gina Murray, who specializes in emergency medicine and practices from Infinity HealthCare, Thiensville; and Dr. Mary Anne Papp, who specializes in cardiology and practices from the Medical College of Wisconsin.

James Slocum joined the board of directors of Kalmbach Publishing, Waukesha. Slocum retied from the position of vice president of editorial in 2005 after working for Kalmbach for 10 years. Slocum also serves on the board of directors of Lad Lake, Dousman.

Robert George, a professor of jurisprudence and director of the James Madison program in American Ideals and Institutions at Princeton University joined the board of directors for the Lynde and Harry Bradley Foundation, Milwaukee. George is a previous recipient of the Bradley Prize.

Shorewest Realtors, Brookfield, hired Linda Jacobson in the Mequon office, Kim Peterson in the Cedarburg/Grafton office and Troy Craig in the Kenosha office. The Lake Geneva office promoted Kathy Baumbach to assistant sales director.
Chad Vande Zande joined the Milwaukee office of CenterPoint Properties, Oak Brook, Ill., as a senior vice president of investments. Vande Zande previously served as a principal at Grubb & Ellis|Boerke Company, Milwaukee for 14 years.
Brian Gingrass joined Apex Commercial, Brookfield, as a commercial associate for retail properties. Gingrass holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Marquette University.
Colliers Barry, Milwaukee, hired Edward Treis II and William Swain. Treis and Swain will focus on industrial, office, land and investment brokerage. Treis holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Swain holds a bachelor’s degree from UW-Madison.

Scott Lund joined Security MicroImaging, Milwaukee, as account executive. Lund has eight years of experience in sales and project management. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Cardinal Stritch University.
Leah Walters joined Capital Data, Milwaukee, as sales and marketing coordinator. Walters previously served as project manager for The Idea Centre @ Skyline, Madison. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from UW-La Crosse.

Linda Lopez joined MasterLink, Menomonee Falls, as a senior account executive. Lopez has more than 10 years of sales and marketing experience in telecommunications and five years of experience in WiFi deployment. Most recently, Lopez served as a senior account executive with TDS Metrocom, Madison.

Transportation
Evans Transportation, Waukesha, promoted Dennis Beaudry to operations manager. Beaudry most recently served as manager of quality and service for Evans. He has 16 years of experience in the logistics industry.
Riteway Bus Service, Richfield, promoted Lloyd Dragert to manager of school bus operations and transferred Dia Axiotis to Dragert’s prior position as administrative and operations assistant at the Slinger terminal. Dragert has been with Riteway for two years. Axiotis has been with Riteway for one and a half years and previously worked at the Richfield terminal.
