Boelter + Lincoln, Milwaukee, promoted Dan LaVigne to art director and hired Matt Forrest and Steve Yoder in the creative department. LaVigne joined Boelter + Lincoln in 2004 and most recently served as a graphic and interactive designer. Forrest will serve as a junior writer and video editor and holds a degree from UW-Madison. Andy Narrai, director of business development for Scheibel Halaska, Milwaukee, will serve as secretary and treasurer for the council of governors of the American Advertising Federation (AAF), Washington, D.C. Narrai previously served as the chairman of the central region and district governor of the AAF and as president of the Milwaukee Advertising Club.

Community Bank & Trust, Sheboygan, hired Kate Holfeltz as office president of the Sheboygan Falls location and Jodi Schilling as assistant vice president of lending at the downtown Sheboygan office. Darren Liberski joined Disciplined Investor Group, Brookfield, as a financial consultant. Liberski most recently served as an investment specialist for the private client group of JP Morgan Chase, New York.

VJS Construction Services (VJS), Pewaukee, promoted Mary Jo Harig to senior project coordinator and Pam Tryba to project engineer.
