The Milwaukee office of M. A. Mortenson, Minneapolis, promoted Nathan Lingard to senior preconstruction manager and Mike Hebbring and Ryan Risch to assistant project managers. Lingard and Risch have been with Mortenson for more than five years and Hebbring joined the company in 2002.

The Kenosha office of Clark Dietz, Champaign, Ill., hired Ryan Bonell and Emily Basalla as project engineers. Bonell holds a bachelor’s degree from UW-Platteville.
