Marsha Mather, owner and president of Laacke & Joys, Milwaukee, joined the executive committee for the board of directors of Women for MACC, Milwaukee. Mather will serve as the corresponding secretary. Lori Olson, a regional supervisor for Westbrook Management, Milwaukee; Lynn Reynolds of The Stefaniak Group, Greenfield, and Cheryl Sykora, an office manager at Concept Technical Group, Menomonee Falls, joined the board of directors. Dr. Michael White joined the board of directors for Community Health Care Services, the parent corporation for Community Memorial Hospital of Menomonee Falls. White specializes in family practice and has been in private practice in Germantown since 1988. He joined the medical staff of Community Memorial Hospital since 1989 and served as the medical staff president from 1997 to 2000.
Dr. Steven Weisman of the Medical College of Wisconsin, Wauwatosa, will serve as chairman of the special interest group in pain in infant, children and adolescents for the American Pain Society. Weisman serves as a professor of anesthesiology and professor of pediatrics at the Medical College and as director of the Jane B. Pettit Pain and Palliative Care Center at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, Wauwatosa.
