Kolb+Co. SC, Brookfield, recently added Emily Kwas as an accounting associate. Kwas joins Kolb+Co. with six years of experience in administrative support. In addition, an affiliate of Kolb+Co. SC, Brookfield, Kolb+Co. Medical Billing, LLC, Milwaukee, recently welcomed Susan Wejrowski as an accounts receivable specialist. Wejrowski has four years experience as an office manager.

Advertising & Public Relations

Patrick Smith has been named director of relationship marketing at Bader Rutter & Associates Inc., Milwaukee. Smith comes to the agency from OpenFirst LLC in Milwaukee where he was director of marketing solutions for the integrated communications group. Smith has more than 10 years of marketing experience working for multiple advertising and database marketing firms.

Christopher Morgan Fulfillment Services, New Berlin, recently announced that it has expanded its staff with three new hires. Joining the company are Shannon McGlocklin as national accounts manager, Michelle Stone as human resources representative and Mary Schultz as administrative assistant.

Zizzo Group Advertising & Public Relations, Milwaukee, has added Alex Vagelatos to its public relations practice as account manager. Vagelatos has more than seven years of agency public relations and marketing experience. He brings experience in agency client service, as well as a media background. 

Scheibel Halaska, Milwaukee, has promoted Andy Narrai to vice president of client services. Narrai joined the firm in 2005, in his most recent role Narrai served as director of client services. He will have oversight for all client service functions.

High Velocity Communications Inc., Waukesha, promoted Pete Kennedy as its editorial director. Kennedy will assume responsibility for content, quality and work assignments for the overall editorial product, including 16 publications and a wide variety of collateral projects.

Primum Marketing Communications, Milwaukee, hired Zak Hennessy as PR specialist, Randy Lauer, as director of finance and Susan Schuppel as graphic designer. Hennessy and Schuppel are recent graduates while Lauer joins Primum with over 10 years experience at Donald Tushaus & Company, Wauwatosa.

Architecture

Eppstein Uhen Architects (EUA), Milwaukee, promoted Tim Weiss to senior graphics specialist, and Becky Backhaus of its Madison office to marketing specialist.

PDC Midwest, Inc., Hartland, added Laura Schalk, senior interior designer, to its staff. Schalk comes to PDC with over 15 years of experience in many diverse areas of interior design in the retail, hospitality, corporate, and health care arenas.

Kahler Slater, Milwaukee, made two new additions to its staff. Rusty Borkin has been named senior marketing and communications strategist for the higher education team, and Alissa Braatz has assumed the role of senior client services coordinator serving the hospitality team. Borkin was previously vice president of operations for Hanson Dodge Creative in Milwaukee, Braatz comes to Kahler Slater from Trek Bicycle Corp. in Waterloo, where she served as international marketing specialist.

 

Banking & Finance

The Wisconsin Credit Union League, Pewaukee, has promoted five individuals and added two new members to its staff. Michelle Haslam has been hired as a compliance specialist, and Melissa Wittig has been hired as member communications specialist. The league has also promoted: Joanne Whiting to executive vice president and chief advocacy officer; Mary Bliss to executive vice president and chief operating officer; Tom Liebe to vice president of government affairs; Jill Weber to director of member solutions; and Chad Helminak to public relations specialist.

Port Washington State Bank, Port Washington, recently hired Robert Helm as vice president of business banking. Helm has 16 years of business banking experience. He began his career with Ozaukee Bank as a business relationship officer, and was most recently vice president of business banking with M&I Bank.

Bank Mutual, Milwaukee, recently promoted Trent Willihnganz to the position of vice president of commercial banking at its office located at 201 N. Monroe Avenue in Green Bay. Willihnganz has been with Bank Mutual since 2006, serving as a commercial banker. 

 

Building & Construction

VJS Construction Services (VJS), Pewaukee, recently added Ben Bergles to the firm as project engineer. Bergles recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor degree in civil engineering with a focus in construction management. His past experience includes working on the Interdisciplinary Research Complex in Madison.

The Wisconsin operations of Mortenson Construction, headquartered in Minneapolis, recently announced the promotion of Andy Ostrand to senior project manager and the additions of Mike Brasser as a field engineer and Mike McCain as MEP engineer in its Madison office.

J. P. Cullen & Sons, Inc., Janesville, recently announced two promotions and a new hire in the Industrial Division of J. P. Cullen & Sons.

Ron Becher, vice president of the Industrial Division, has been promoted to vice president of the Janesville Division. Neal Day, project manager, has been promoted to Industrial Division manager, and Thomas Felstead has been hired as a project manager for the Industrial Division.

Triad Construction Inc., West Allis, recently added Nancy Schreiber to its office team. Schreiber brings over 30 years of experience in accounts payable for commercial construction.

 

Distribution

W.O.W. Distributing Co. Inc., Sussex, recently hired Mike Mankowski to operations manager, he joined the company in 1998. The company have also added Tom Driscoll, chain account manager; Scott Lees, salesperson in the On Premise Division; Chris Cohorst, human resources manager; and Kristine Hahn, human resources generalist, to its staff.  

Education

Concordia University Wisconsin, Mequon, officials recently named Anita Clark the new vice president of marketing. Clark has worked in several senior management positions in a variety of industries including; manufacturing, health care and banking. She most recently held the position of vice president of marketing and business development for the University of Wisconsin Credit Union in Madison.

Graphic Design

La Crosse Litho Supply, Sussex, recently hired Jeff Mathews as a technical business representative.  Mathews comes to La Crosse Litho Supply from Presstek Inc., Hudson, N.H., national sales team. For the last seven years, Mathews represented Presstek’s Chemistry-Free CTP systems across the country.

Health Care

Tracey Cornella-Carlson, a staff psychiatrist with Rogers Memorial Hospital’s Eating Disorder Services was recently named the attending psychiatrist for the Eating Disorder Partial Hospitalization program for preteens to young adults after receiving board certification as a child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist.

Aurora Advanced Healthcare recently added Dr. Andreas Doermann, to the Facial Plastic Surgery physician staff of its East Mequon and Menomonee Falls Clinics. Dr. Doermann is board certified in plastic surgery and has staff privileges at Community Memorial Hospital, and Columbia St. Mary’s hospital campuses in Columbia, Milwaukee and Ozaukee.

Dr. Satvinder Dhesi, joined Advanced Pain Management (APM), Greenfield. Dhesi is board certified in both anesthesiology and pain management. This group of physicians is dedicated to diagnosing and treating painful conditions using the most advanced, minimally invasive treatment options available.

Froedtert & Community Health, Milwaukee, has named three new finance executives: Jeff Van De Kreeke is senior vice president of finance, Tom Knoll is assistant vice president of finance and Timothy Waldoch is assistant vice president of finance and decision support services.

Insurance

Diversified Insurance Services, Inc., Waukesha, announced that Karl Cumblad has become a shareholder of the firm.  Cumblad has been Diversified’s chief operating officer for the past seven years. He has over 30 years of experience in the insurance field, including 23 years at John Deere, where he was senior vice president of their transportation insurance unit. 

Legal Services

Gregory Mager has been elected shareholder in the law firm of O’Neil, Cannon, Hollman, DeJong S.C., Milwaukee. He will continue his practice in the areas of civil litigation and family law, including mediation services. Mager is also the editor-in-chief of the Wisconsin Journal of Family Law, a publication of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin. 

Michael Best & Friedrich LLP, Milwaukee, recently added Jennifer Ciralsky to the labor and employment practice group in the Milwaukee office. Ciralsky’s practice includes litigation of employment claims and counseling corporate and nonprofit clients to ensure their compliance with federal and state employment laws.  

Real Estate

First Realty GMAC recently made several additions to their agent staff including: Barbara Kobishop, Jim Olson, Daniel Posthuma, Charlotte Eby-Peinert and Paula Steinmetz were added to the Port Washington Office; Stephanie Radonski, Southeast Office, Elizabeth Vilar, Brookfield Office; Lisa Schmeckpeper, Mukwonago Office; Shelly Plehn, Mukwonago Office; Kyle Kiley and Elizabeth Leighton, Southwest Office.

Greg Burk has joined The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International, Milwaukee, as a vice president. Burk was formerly vice president–industrial for a local real estate firm. With over 25 years of corporate sales, management and brokerage experience, he will continue to serve all facets of the local industrial real estate market including investment, property acquisition and disposition, landlord and tenant representation, and industry consulting.   

Siegel-Gallagher, ONCOR International, Milwaukee, recently added Amy Sovine to its staff as property manager. Sovine most recently managed 245,000 square feet of commercial office space simultaneously with a 261,000 square feet 275-unit apartment complex.

Senior Living Communities

Steve Pinzer has been appointed vice president of marketing and public relations at The Village at Manor Park, West Allis, and its five affiliated senior living communities.

Dr. Elizabeth Davis has joined Milwaukee Catholic Home’s, Milwaukee, medical team of attending physicians. Dr. Davis’ specialty is Physiatry. She will work with patients at the Health and Rehabilitation Center as they move from a hospital setting to rehabilitation and oversee the patients’ therapy.  She has a practice in Milwaukee and is affiliated with Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital.

Staffing

Brookfield-based QPS Companies, Inc. (QPS) has promoted several members of its internal staff. Steve Waller and Jim Roy have been promoted to regional vice presidents. Amber Gottheardt has been promoted to regional manager; David Bannister has moved to area sales manager; Erin Beyer to area manager of the 27th street, West Allis, and Menomonee Falls branches; Doug Linsemeyer to area manager for the Waukesha and West Bend offices; John Lampe to branch manager of the Waukesha office; and Sarah Hyde was promoted to the role of assistant manager of the Menomonee Falls office.

The Novo Group, Milwaukee, recently announced that Beth Healy joined the firm’s Milwaukee office as a director of client solutions. Healy previously served as director of market development, North America for Jefferson Wells, Brookfield.

Technology

Aaron Aleithe has been named vice president and general manager of Low-Voltage Drives at ABB Inc., Automation Products, New Berlin. Aleithe joined ABB in 2005 as vice president of business development for ABB’s global Medium Voltage Drives business.

Ascedia, Milwaukee, made two additions to its staff. Maureen Harrington joined Ascedia as an account manager, and Tim Richter joined as an IT manager. Prior to joining Ascedia, Harrington worked as an account manager at Move.com in Milwaukee, and Richter served as a computer systems engineer at Marquette University.

Utility Services

C. Coakley Relocation Systems, Milwaukee, has added Kelly Cayo, and Leroy Pederson to its team of relocation consultants. Cayo is a Certified Relocation Professional with more than 20 years of sales and management experience in corporate, office, industrial, and international relocations. Pederson was promoted to his role after serving seven years at C. Coakley Relocation Systems.
