Learn more about:

An affiliate of Lincolnshire, Ill.-based Venture One Real Estate recently purchased a 17.8-acre site at 111 W. Oakview Parkway in Oak Creek for $1.55 million from Milwaukee-based Wispark LLC, the real estate development division of Wisconsin Energy Corp.

The site is located in the OakView Business Park, a 220-acre business park that is being developed by Wispark southwest of West Oakwood Road and South Howell Avenue.

Venture One will build a 164,007-square-foot plant on the site for Stella & Chewy’s, which plans to lease the building and will move its operations there from Milwaukee. Stella & Chewy’s is a producer of natural pet food for dogs and cats.
