Justin McCoy, vice president of marketing at Menomonee Falls-based Cousins Subs, started as an entry-level marketing specialist in 2006.
He now oversees advertising agency relationships, develops national promotional calendars and drives strategic initiatives in advertising, marketing and public relations.
“Justin’s impact at Cousins Subs is profound,” said Kristen Tracy, public relations manager at Cousins. “He created and serves as vice president of the Make It Better Foundation, raising more than $1.2 million in donations. Under his marketing leadership, Cousins Subs achieved a 117% growth in system average unit volume from 2011 to 2023.”
McCoy oversaw a comprehensive, system-wide rebrand starting in 2016, including menu board changes, logo updates, packaging redesigns and new store artwork. Additionally, he led the implementation of a new loyalty program, mobile app, online ordering, SMS program, third-party delivery and website redesign.
“He also forged partnerships with the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Bucks, Summerfest, and (University of) Wisconsin Athletics,” said Tracy.
McCoy serves on the board of directors for the Vince Lombardi Cancer Foundation and Starr Children’s Fund.
