David Laatsch, vice president of program management and engagement delivery at Advocate Health in Milwaukee, partners with clinical and operational leaders to drive strategic and operational programs, from integrating health systems to responding to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Laatsch began his career with Accenture and continued in management consulting roles at Baker Tilly.
In 2008, he joined Milwaukee-based Aurora Health Care, which later became part of Advocate Health, now based in Charlotte, North Carolina. During his tenure, Laatsch has held multiple roles, including system vice president, vice president of operations excellence, vice president of strategy and operations project management, and senior director of strategic planning.
In addition to his professional work, Laatsch serves as a trustee at Carroll University.
