New construction

Brookfield-based Briohn Building Corp. recently completed the design and construction of a 20,000 square foot warehouse addition and a 7,424 square foot two-story office addition for Carma Laboratories, Inc. at 9750 South Franklin Drive in Franklin. Briohn also recently completed the construction of a tenant build out for K C Learning Center in One Mayfair Place at 2727 N. Mayfair Road, Wauwatosa. Briohn has also been contracted to perform further interior remodel work for the Pick ‘n Save grocery store located at 5700 W. Capitol Dr., Milwaukee.
