Milwaukee-based Inland Construction Inc. was recently awarded: a 7,476-square-foot tenant build out project for Mattress Firm for the Deer Trace Shopping Center in Kohler; a 7,200-square-foot tenant build out project for Krukowski & Costello at 1243 N. 10th St., Milwaukee; a 4,046-square-foot tenant build out project for Mattress Firm at 1370 Pabst Farms Circle, Oconomowoc; a 2,850-square-foot improvement project for 250 Plaza at 250 E. Wisconsin Ave., Milwaukee; and a 2,400-square-foot tenant build out for Mattress firm at 1823 E. Geneva St., Delavan.
