New construction

Brookfield-based Briohn Building Corp. recently completed the design and construction of a 120,000-square-foot warehouse distribution facility for American Tire Distributors at 340 E. Mahn Ct., Oak Creek. In addition, Briohn has been contracted to do design and construction work for a 4,300-square-foot branch building for First National Bank of Hartford at Highway 175 and Hubertus Road in Richfield.

Skokie, Ill.-based The Missner Group recently completed a 22,000-square-foot build-out of office space, design studios, a cafe space and a printing room for Catalyst Exhibits’ 145,000-square-foot warehouse/office/production facility at 7809 100th St. in Pleasant Prairie. Catalyst Exhibits recently moved from Crystal Lake, Ill. to Pleasant Prairie.

Fox Point-based Interspace LLC recently completed the construction of a 3,000-square-foot expansion for Rising Medical Solutions at 700 W. Virginia St., Milwaukee.

West Allis-based Triad Construction recently completed a 2,200-square-foot tenant build-out project for Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt in the Shoppes at Fox River in Waukesha.
