Waukesha-based NCL Graphic Specialties recently purchased a 6.42-acre parcel of land at in the First Park business park in Menomonee Falls from Cliff Angelwicz, the owner of Yale Equipment and Services, for $730,000.
NCL plans to build a 60,000-square-foot distribution center on the site.
The sale was brokered by Stephen Provancher and Adam Matson of Brookfield-based NAI MLG Commercial, who represented Angelwicz, and Jeff Hoffman of Pewaukee-based Judson & Associates, who represented NCL.
Angelwicz purchased the property in 2009 and planned to build a new corporate headquarters there for Yale Equipment. But instead, the company is maintaining its existing headquarters in Menomonee Falls and Angelwicz purchased another building just west of Highway 45 in Milwaukee for an additional location.
