    Milwaukee attorney JIM BRENNAN has been named president-elect of the State Bar. Current President-elect JAMES BOLL takes over July 1 for President DOUGLAS KAMMER. Brennan will serve one year as president-elect before becoming president July 1, 2011. The Bar also elected 17 members to its Board of Governors.     Dr. JOHN R. RAYMOND has been named president and CEO of the Medical College of Wisconsin.
