NAIOP Wisconsin recently hosted a celebration in honor of being named the NAIOP Chapter of the Year and CEO Jim Villa being named NAIOP Executive of the Year. The organization was also recognized for having top public policy and membership programs. Guests toasted the chapter’s success at the Central Standard Craft Distillery in Walker’s Point.
