Ministry Health Care and Froedtert Health have completed an agreement to co-own Menasha-based health insurance company Network Health, giving members in the Fox Cities access to top hospitals in Milwaukee in the future.
The agreement, announced Tuesday, establishes Integrated Health Network of Wisconsin as the provider organization for Network Health members in the new service area.
