- An unnamed national mail presort services firm leased 121,000 square feet of space in the Brown Deer Business Park at 9053 N Deerwood Trail, Brown Deer, from a joint venture between HSA Commercial and Morgan Realty Partners. Brown Deer Business Park consists of 10 buildings with a total of 650,000 square feet of office, flex and industrial space. Craig Phillips, executive vice president of development for HSA, declined to name the mail presort services firm and declined to disclose the vacancy rate of Brown Deer Business Park. “It’s not 100 percent (occupied),” he said. ‘We have a healthy occupancy rate right now.” The mail presort services firm is the largest tenant in the business park, he said.
