Laughlin Constable acquires Filter Advertising

Laughlin Constable, an independent marketing communications agency with offices in Milwaukee, Chicago and New York City, announced it has acquired Filter Advertising, a creative agency with in-house production capabilities and offices in New York and Red Bank, N.J.

“Laughlin Constable read the digital tea leaves well before many others in our industry, and the agency’s early and ongoing investments in building its digital capabilities give it a strong market position with great potential for future growth,” Filter president J.C. Addison said. “We wanted to offer our clients a full range of interactive services, and partnering with Laughlin Constable puts us in a strong position to do that.”

Addison and his partners, co-executive creative directors Chris Brignola and Jay Sharfstein, founded Filter in 2005.
