The 7-bedroom home, built in 2004, is located on Island Way. The property has an assessed value of $2 million, according to Walworth County records.
It was sold by Robert S. and Jaclyn M. Luke of Scottsdale, Arizona, to the Ted Frankel Revocable Trust of Hinsdale, Illinois, according to state records.
