Kacala said, “It has been a tremendous honor to serve this organization and work with all the extremely talented and dedicated public and private sector people at RCEDC and throughout Racine County. It also has been a privilege to work with the many Executive Committee and Board members who will continue to lead RCEDC.”

A search committee has been organized to identify and hire a new executive director of the organization. The committee, chaired by Tom Shinners, is comprised of members of the RCEDC board of directors.
