WTA is known for its work in ambulatory surgery center design and dialysis clinic design.

“Both firms have similar cultures, and backgrounds, but approach the market from different perspectives.  The combination of the two firms allows PDC to offer extensive and unique expertise to health market providers across the United States,” said Bob Gummer, president of PDC.

“WTA will dissolve and become an integrated part of PDC which will provide the opportunity to aggressively secure national work that was otherwise outside of WTA’s service base,” said Taylor, now vice president of health care development at PDC. “The merger has the business potential to substantially increase its revenue, broaden its services and strengthen its position in the overall industry for the next decade or more.”
