How does personal fitness affect your work life?

How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization?
"My staff consists of promotional models so being in good physical shape is important to the image of my company. However I try to find models that don’t look like skinny runway models, but look like healthy, athletic women."

What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative?
"I am in the process of hiring more employees and once I have a full staff I am going to start a corporate fitness plan with the WAC. I think this is a great way for employees to have a connection with each other outside of work. I hope it helps everyone have a "workout buddy" to help motivate each other. It could also create healthy competition which could translate into the work environment too."
