After raising $10,500 to fulfill the wish of a Make-A-Wish Wisconsin child last year, Foti Chiropractic has launched a 2014 campaign to fund the wish of another deserving child.
Through the campaign, themed “Make Another Wish,” the Wauwatosa-based clinic is determined to raise $10,000 for a Make-A-Wish recipient impacted by a life-threatening medical condition.
“We were so gratified and humbled by the response to last year’s Make-A-Wish campaign, we decided we couldn’t let its momentum for helping others lapse,” said Dr. David Foti, doctor of chiropractic and clinic founder. “The focus and goals of Make-A-Wish Wisconsin are a perfect match for the generosity of our patients and our clinic’s commitment to help people live healthier lives.”
Last year’s fundraising proceeds enabled a young Wisconsin woman with acute lymphoid leukemia to vacation in Hawaii with her family.
The beneficiary of this year’s proceeds has yet to be determined.
To generate funds, Foti Chiropractic is offering a special consultation deal for new patients. For $40, new patients will get a consultation with a doctor, an orthopedic and neurological exam, initial X-rays and a full report. Their entire $40 fee will be funneled into the campaign.
