Former CFO of Kenosha-based Pacific Sands files shareholder lawsuit against company, seeks removal of CEO

A former c-suite employee of Kenosha-based manufacturer Pacific Sands has filed a shareholder lawsuit in federal court against the company’s chief executive officer and board of directors alleging that he found evidence of misconduct on behalf of the CEO that was ignored by the board. A formal complaint was filed Wednesday in U.S. District Court
