What does your daily or weekly fitness regime consist of? I participate in a boot camp exercise program four times a week, horse back riding twice a week and hike/jog in state and national parks whenever possible.

Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life? Being fit has improved my attitude about life in general. It is also a stress reliever and improved my self confidence.

How does personal fitness affect your work life? I have a great immune system and am rarely ill. All the benefits that fitness provides in my personal life also benefit my professional life, stress reliever, confidence and a positive attitude.

How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization? Health care costs and productivity levels. In general, fit people are happier and more productive people.
