Benefit Services Group buys its office building for $3.8 million
The Benefit Services Group Inc. recently purchased the 40,000-square-foot office building that it occupies at N25 W23050 Paul Road, Pewaukee, from Chicago-based First Industrial Realty Trust Inc., for $3.8 million, or $95 per square foot. The building has an assessed value of $3.132 million, according to Waukesha County records. “It just seemed like the right time (to buy the building),” said Gerald Frye, president of The Benefit Services Group. “We expect a lot of growth in the next few years. It just made sense to put down roots.”
Bill Bonifas of CB Richard Ellis represented The Benefit Services Group in brokering the sale.
