What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?: “CornerStone Plumbing’s biggest obstacle is finding talent and recruiting the people, to handle the capacity of growth within the company.”
Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months?: “We’re making a change for our field employees. We will be a completely mobile and paperless work environment. This will ensure a smoother, more seamless communication between the office and the field.”
What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months?: “CornerStone Plumbing is expecting to see an increase in revenue and a slight improvement in backlog for the next several months. We believe that work is still out there and with commitment and discipline to find work, focusing on customer service and retaining our customer base we will be able to do so.”
