Milwaukee-based investment group DEV Group LLC recently purchased the 80-room Comfort Suites hotel in Delavan for $2.25 million, according to state records.
The registered agent for DEV Group LLC is Himanshu Parikh, according to state records.
The hotel, located on a three-acre site at 313 Bauer Parkway, was sold by Beaver Dam-based investment group Delavan Area Hospitality Group LLC.

The hotel has a 1,100-square-foot meeting room that accommodates up to 60 people, and a boardroom that can accommodate up to 30 people.
